Delivery, payment & returns

Delivery

In-stock items are delivered in 2–3 working days in Karachi and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. Preorder sets show their expected arrival month on the product page, and we deliver as soon as they land. Automatic tables are delivered and set up in Karachi.

Payment

There's nothing to pay when you register your interest. When preorders open, we'll contact you with the price and how to pay.

Personalisation

We engrave up to four letters across the spare tiles and can foil a name on the case lid. Your 144 playing tiles stay standard. Personalised sets take 5–7 extra working days.

Returns and refunds

If a set arrives damaged or with missing tiles, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace the tiles or the set. Unused, non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery; you cover the return delivery. Personalised sets can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
